Group meeting was held this 8th of Aug in Millenium Park
This 8th Aug round 50 members of a group fighting for the rights of round 800 investors met at Millenium park New Delhi.
Everyone was worried by the false promises of nitishree infrastructure and decided to form a core group to fight aggressively to this fraud company.
I personally request all like minded individual either facing similar situation with Nitishree or any other builder, keep following this blog and lets expose this company.

I visited Aura Chimera this weekend
Hi Guys,
Thank you for following this blog. Its been days and I was getting frustrated by the investors in Aura chimera sections as none was responding. But I see 12-13 guys following .
Last week I visited Aura Chimera plot and the contractor told me that he has been not paid since 1 year, all labours has been asked to leave and search job.
Person checking work their, told me that he dont have any idea when the work will be started. Work has been stopped since 28th Sept. I didnt see any progress in last time visited in July and now in October.
Now we have to take actions and have to take this matter seriously. As per my idea we have few options left only
1) Visit Aura chimera office talk to them once and if they dont give response file a FIR.
2) File a case with consumer court
Please suggest which option we should go far and lets meet in first saturday of november.

Again false promise by Nitishree team
I talked to a member of this team and they said that they are talking to some buyers who will buy our flats and thus nitishree will refund our money.
I doubt that when flats are easily available at lower price anyone will buy this.
If you go thru the documents/agreement provided by this team you will find a clause that they have promised to refund our whole money with 8% interest if they are unable to deliver in 90 days of promised time.
The time is coming closer and I request you all to join this network asap so that we can take legal action and kick this company out of market.
We can file a case against this company in consumer forum for their false promises and harassment we are facing, we are paying EMI to bank as well paying our home rents and they are enjoying our hard earned money.
Comeon Guys join this network and lets plan accordingly.

Nitishree Fraud : Worst real estate company in Delhi NCR
Nitishree, a real estate company, when you open their website http://www.nitishree.com, they write "'Keeping Valued Investors and Customers Satisfied'', to this statement.
They promise different, when paid then you will get nothing.
I booked a flat with their Aura Chimera plan, as per the original plan they were deliver it by april 2009, when I was about to sign agreement in their noida office, officials assured me that if they get late, they will return the EMI paid and will pay EMI till possession is made. Its may end but no response, even they didnt bother to inform us. Further when enquired they said they will deliver in December,when I visited the site they said they will be able to deliver in June 2010.
I am sure many of you will have booked any property with this company and might have been cheated. Please get together, so that we can take a legal action against this company.
