Nitishree, a real estate company, when you open their website http://www.nitishree.com, they write "'Keeping Valued Investors and Customers Satisfied'', to this statement.
They promise different, when paid then you will get nothing.
I booked a flat with their Aura Chimera plan, as per the original plan they were deliver it by april 2009, when I was about to sign agreement in their noida office, officials assured me that if they get late, they will return the EMI paid and will pay EMI till possession is made. Its may end but no response, even they didnt bother to inform us. Further when enquired they said they will deliver in December,when I visited the site they said they will be able to deliver in June 2010.
I am sure many of you will have booked any property with this company and might have been cheated. Please get together, so that we can take a legal action against this company.
" I REQUEST YOU ALL DONT BOOK ANY PROPERTY/FLAT WITH THIS COMPANY, ELSE YOU WILL GET CHEATED."

I have invested money in their plot at NH-24 and now I have been called to transfer to their flats at NH-58 or in Greater Noida. Has anybody requested to refund their money...anybody succeeded? Please let me know at malhor@yahoo.com

ReplyDeleteI am also related from construction field we should be think about the expedite the job together with builder.
I am thinking one our repersentative to be appointe there and he will monitor the job daily basis and submit to report to us weekly.
we can give the evidence what is ongoing on site.

i also booked a flat in aura abode but received same response. We have tried to build a group of Aura abode allotees to fight against these cheaters . Would request all Aura abode allotees to give a call at 9871093258 0r write mail to supportsunil@ gmail.com. Right now we are 18 members and are thinking of going to civil/consumer court.Kindly cooperate to get our payments back as unity is strength.
